Born from a broken process.
Job hunting was a second job. Hiring was a maze of disconnected tools. Freelancers stitched together five apps just to find and win work. Everywhere we looked, talented people were losing time and opportunity to broken, fragmented systems.
So we set out to build something different: not another job board, not another ATS, but a single AI-native platform where the whole career lifecycle lives together. One place where an AI assistant actually does the work — surfacing the right roles, sharpening your story and connecting talent with teams who need them.
