These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Zorynex("we", "us") and govern your access to and use of our websites, apps and services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security breach.

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:

• Post false, misleading, discriminatory or unlawful job listings, profiles or content.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-export data except through features we provide.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or disrupt our systems.
• Upload malware, spam other users, or impersonate any person or company.
• Use the Services to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Reverse engineer the Services or our AI models except as permitted by law.

We may investigate, remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the content you submit — resumes, profiles, job posts, messages and other materials ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Services include AI-powered features such as resume parsing, job matching, scoring and the career coach. AI outputs are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are provided for assistance only.

You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them, and for ensuring that any hiring or career decisions comply with applicable law. We do not guarantee any particular result, match or outcome.

Some features require a paid plan. Fees, billing cycles and inclusions are described at checkout and on our pricing page. By subscribing you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice for future billing periods.

The Services, including our software, design, branding, and AI models, are owned by Zorynex and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Services may link to or integrate third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any job, candidate or outcome will result from your use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorynex and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Zorynex harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Services. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, liability and indemnity) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zorynex is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material we will update the "last updated" date and provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
